Unfortunately I have a problem with the SOUND FORGE AUDIO CLEANING LAB 4. / Win. 10
1. Already when opening the programme I get the message: Import for file type 101 is not possible. I confirm with "ok" and can open the programme. 2. 
     2. during the noise removal - De Noiser also 
     3. when I mark a piece of my noise and let the software recognise it, the message appears: Import for file type 101 is not possible
4. if I want to select something from these already suggested noise patterns, the message appears: Error writing noise pattern file.
It has happened that I have always closed the message and tried again and suddenly I could click on a suggested noise pattern.
But all the sound patterns sound the same.

Could you please help me?
