Vielen Dank für Deine Antwort.. Das Programm MediaInfo gibt mir folgende Daten für den Source Film.  Aber wo stelle ich die dann in VideoDeluxe genau ein und wie heißen dort die Einstellungsfelder ?

29.970 fps ist NTSC und in dem Fall auch beabsichtigt. Aber das AusgabeFormat soll auch NTSC sein. Somit sollte das ja kein Problem sein.

Aber wo stellte ich z.b.:

Format settings, ReFrames                : 4 frames

ein. Ist die Bitrate auch beim  Output als konstant einzustellen ? Ich habe das Gefühl, dass wenn ich mehr als 15.0 Mbps für die Ausgabe angebe die Qualität der Output Datei besser wird. (Schnelle Bewegenung im Film & Wasser das spritzt / blauer Himmel + bisschen Wolken). Wie kann dass sein ?
