Fehler bein Brennen und bei Image-Erstellung

Problem bei Photostory deLuxe 22 Version 21.0.1.74

Sowohl beim Versuch, auf CD zu brennen als auch bei Erstellung eines Images kommt immer der Fehler "errNo 13 - menu rendering failed". Zuvor werden ebenfalls schon eine Menge Fehler im Logfile dokumentiert. Das Logfile kann ich leider hier nicht anhängen.

Ich habe einen ähnlichen Fehler im Forum gefunden, aber die Lösung hierzu hilft mir nicht.

Was kann ich tun?

Mit dem MPEG2-Codec gibt es ein Problem.

Danke für die Antwort, aber das verstehe ich nicht so ganz. Es hat in der vorigen Woche noch alles geklappt und ich habe definitiv keine Änderungen am System vorgenommen.

Leider schreibst Du nichts zu Deinem System, zur CPU, zu den Grafikkarten ....

Dass Du keine Änderungen vorgenommen hast, glaube ich Dir gerne. Ich vermute mal, dass Du Win10 oder Win11 hast, und Microsoft hat die unangenehme Eigenschaft, eigenmächtig Patches zu fahren, auch im Hintergrund.

Mache bitte Angaben, wie gefordert, als Du Deinen Beitrag erstellt hast, dann sehen wir weiter.

Ich vermute, dass es nicht am Rechnersystem liegt, sondern am Programm Magix Photostory Deluxe, denn nach einem Import der zu brennenden Datei in Magix Video Deluxe 2021 Premium konnte die Datei erfolgreich gebrannt werden.

Ein Hinweis: Dein Updatestand ist total veraltet. Der letzte mir bekannte ist 21.0.2.120

O Du allerdings noch Updaten kannst, weis ich leider nicht.

Na ja, total veraltet nach 6 Monaten ist ja wohl übertrieben. Ich habe aber die Magix-Verkaufsstrategie noch einmal befolgt und die Version 2023 mit der Nummer 22.0.3.150 installiert, natürlich kostenpflichtig, wie alles bei Magix!

Ich habe danach versucht, ein Image zu brennen. Und siehe da: Es klappte!

Also: Ist ein Programm mehr als ein Jahr alt, muss man ein neues kaufen 😉! Das ist Nachhaltigkeit bzw. gute Verkaufspolitik von Magix 😕.
