The "Download" and "Insert Timeline" buttons are not working

If the buttons "Download" and "Insert Timeline" aren't working, or you can only edit a single text at the time, the issue may be related to a blocked connection between the "MAGIX Hub" and the server. 

You can fix this issue with a few easy steps:

  1. Go to  C:\Users\*Username*\Documents\MAGIX Project Files\Movie Studio 2024 Plus/Premium or C:\Users\*Username*\Documents\MAGIX Project Files\Video Pro X 15.
  2. In order to reset the browser settings for the MAGIX Hub, look within "MAGIX Project File" for a subfolder named  "EBWebView" and delete it.
  3. Restart the Software.
  4.  Access the "MAGIX Hub" and select "Voice services".
  5. Proceed to convert a short text into audio using the text-to-speech function.
  6. After successfully converting text into audio, double-click on "Download"  using your left mouse button.
  7. A notification windows pops up. Click on "Allow" to resolve the issue .
