This problem is caused by a faulty installation of the file "installation.ini".
The following steps allow the problem to be resolved quickly:
- Close your software.
- Navigate to your application's main folder and delete the "installation.ini" file.
- Uninstall the program from the Control Panel under "Programs and Features" or "Settings & Apps".
- Reinstall your software.
