Yes, you can record the stream and save it as one video file, or as separate files that include all of the video, audio, and graphics used during your stream. 
After the stream is complete, you can import the project directly into VEGAS Pro with all of its individual components automatically populated on the timeline for post-production editing.
Other non-linear video editing software may also enable you to edit your presentation in post production.
