[Solved] MP3 Encoding Produces Random Garbled Audio - SF16Pro

I'm exporting a Wav file (24bit 48Khz) to MP3 (320bps) via Export > (all options) in Sound Forge 15 Pro Suite Version. Every option produces random garbled scratchy playback (on both Windows Media Player and VLC). I've combed the forum and

@Thej68cal Hi, I was unable to simply export it into a MP3 I don't understand why not, unless you still mean with more than 2 channels. I just recorded some audio using SFAS16, File, Save as, selected MP3 from the Save as type dropdown, and saved. I
