@Jim-Roshelli MME is an ancient Windows sound driver. Were you using Magix Low Latency or ASIO4ALL? Don't you have a driver for your interface? Please check its manual or the website of the manufacturer. It's not really clear from reading your posts

@Jim-Roshelli The ASIO protocol is the widely used protocol to send and receive data to/from audio interfaces. Other protocols might go through the Windows sound subsystem, which can introduce a lot of latency and will disable certain features in
