Through The Fog

In the face of uncertainty there are ways of finding our way in life. 'Through The Fog' is my latest instrumental that gives a sense of peace and confidence in navigating through the fog of uncertainty. As a mariner can navigate in fog conditions with the use of the compass and the other means of navigation, in life we may hear the gentle voice from within the helps us find our way ... and sometimes we help each other in finding the comfort, peace, and confidence needed ;)

As in most of my songs that I create for the Magix community I use Music Maker 2025 along with the resources of my own studio to produce the notes and the sounds of music that I hope will inspire my listeners. And I have enjoyed the inspiration of those who have shared their creations in this artistic community!

Hello Mark, my friend.

This is an absolutely powerful instrumental piece, a wonderful ambience.
Very peaceful, just as the world should be, and just as we wish it to be.
When I hear this ambience, I imagine beautiful landscapes. Mountains and valleys, green meadows and flowing streams. Snowy landscapes. Blue skies and bright sun. Our world is actually a beautiful place in this vast universe.

I like how the intro synth sounds like a foghorn! Then comes shimmering piano with hints of wind and choir. Soon the strong strings appear. A fine mixture of synths and samples. Yes, very uncertain times. But, we will go on, and life will go on, and your track captures that fundamental truth in its background.

Hello Philip,

Very good to hear your comment Philip. A part of my working career was in navigation and assessing the environment and conditions around me. Whether in uncertain or senseless conditions we learn from the art of navigation to keep a certain and positive state of mind. And there are others who we care about in life and especially for them is the need to be a good navigator in life and to give them peace and confidence that we will find our way ;)

The fog horn sound was a Magix synth object, but throughout the entire timeline I was playing along with my own synths to add more color and expression to the sound.
