Here's another new version of an old song. This is from just over 4 years ago. I decided to remix it because I donated to David Wallimann's Kickstarter and as a reward he would play on one of my songs. I chose this song because I always felt it could benefit from real guitars. Also, it was inspired by Zelda as you can maybe tell from the cover. David and I are both Zelda fans. Anyway, he is an extremely talented guitar player. Look out for his solo album "Evolving Seeds of Glory" coming soon. He has put so much work and passion into it; I know it will be something very special.

So this song features nylon and electric guitars by David. Everything else was done by me. I hope the mixing is decent. To be honest, I'm worried I didn't do justice to his great playing, but I don't know what else I can do (mixing has always been my weakness).

Thanks for listening and sharing honest opinions. And thanks again to David Wallimann. God bless.

Das Cover wirkt schon etwas verspielt, gleichermaßen die Musik. Sehr angenehm zu hören!

Hi Travis

Funny we should both do sailing songs at almost the same time!  Great minds and all that stuff. Cool track you've got going here.  Zelda, huh? This is off topic but we got our son (now 32) a Nintendo for Christmas with Super Mario Bros and my husband and I stayed up ALL NIGHT trying to get past the first level.  DUH!  I play much better now.  Zelda, I never did too well with.

OK>>>we just hit the 2:40 mark and you just blew it outta the water (sailboat joke) . This new section is awesome (sorry, I hate that word but it did fill me with awe, so the word fits in this instance). Yep, David is a mighty fine guitarist and you two did a fantastic job on this tune.

Utterly charming.  I am beguiled by this lovely tune, played with such a personal touch.  And yes it really does catch the wind around the 2.40 mark.  Great stuff, Spritebat.

Forse cercavi: musica molto curiosa e divertente. ritmica e melodia sono molto semplici , ma piaceovli da ascoltare. nel complesso direi che il mio parere è senza dubbi positivo, brano senza dubbi interessante
music very airy and fun.
rhythm and melody are very basic, but piaceovli to hear.
overall I would say that my opinion is without doubt positive, no doubt interesting song

Sandro Glavina is an italian composer, named L'Uomo e L'Ombra. The choice of the name derives from the title of the album "L'uomo e l'ombra" of the band "Abstract Music Nuova Esistenza", an experimental group founded by Sandro Glavina together with his friends in the mid-70s.

In the period 2009-2022, L'Uomo e L'Ombra has done 84 albums. The compositions of Sandro Glavina are partly influenced by progressive rock. Sandro has developed a personal style with many experimentations and actualizations. He offers music beyond borders by intertwining different styles in crossover with each other. Prog, psychedelia, classical, post-rock, jazz, pop are some of the influences that dissolve in ambient atmospheres, citations of contemporary music and minimalist nuances. Sandro Glavina aka L'Uomo e L'Ombra plays the music using VSTI synthesizers, keyboards and adds some loops. Sandro isn't a professional musician, composes and plays music just for fun, but his works reach a good outcome, pleasant to listen. L'UOMO E L'OMBRA
