This is me and my acoustic guitar playing Stare At The Sun by Thrice live at Sticky Fingers December 23rd. This is the first time I have ever sang live on stage and I was very nervous (you may notice some involuntary leg shaking). Hope you enjoy it and thanks for watching. Song 3 of 3 for that night.

Hello my friend,

I see in your three videos, a great musician. Unfortunately, the quality of the recordings is not good.

So, how do you get on stage, I have been too many years ago there. And what I always took pity and I find is that people hardly take any notice of what an artist brings to the stage to talk.

These people do not know much about love and power behind each song. Really bad.

This was also one of the reasons why I do not do.

many dear greetings to you, Richard

Hartmut

bit ironic: "for his first time he is really good"... why are they leaving then?
sorry but the audience is a bit.... shitty... they have no sence for good quality it seems...
hope your next act will be better, now that you are well-known there ;)

happy new year and keep up playing, m8

Great singing, and playing! You will get a better reaction from your crowd if you make a bit more eye contact torward the crowd. It will allow the performance to be a bit more personal between you and them. Even if your only looking at the top of their heads. Also good the throw in a smile every so often. I admire you found the courage to go up alone. It is different not to have atleast one other with you up there. Way to go!

The thrill of singing live on stage. God I miss that myself. Just enjoy your stuff and let it flow Richard.

Muy muy bueno !! ciao da sandro

Sandro Glavina is an italian composer, named L'Uomo e L'Ombra. The choice of the name derives from the title of the album "L'uomo e l'ombra" of the band "Abstract Music Nuova Esistenza", an experimental group founded by Sandro Glavina together with his friends in the mid-70s.

In the period 2009-2022, L'Uomo e L'Ombra has done 84 albums. The compositions of Sandro Glavina are partly influenced by progressive rock. Sandro has developed a personal style with many experimentations and actualizations. He offers music beyond borders by intertwining different styles in crossover with each other. Prog, psychedelia, classical, post-rock, jazz, pop are some of the influences that dissolve in ambient atmospheres, citations of contemporary music and minimalist nuances. Sandro Glavina aka L'Uomo e L'Ombra plays the music using VSTI synthesizers, keyboards and adds some loops. Sandro isn't a professional musician, composes and plays music just for fun, but his works reach a good outcome, pleasant to listen. L'UOMO E L'OMBRA

Hard work with a thin voice (like mine) and a good handling of the instrument...
I respect, that you showed us one of your embarassing moments....
but I hope, you will try and try and try, because you are one of the first rate guitarrists I know.....
No stars  for the video but all of my best wishes for your careere...
