First and foremost, I must thank Pino for being generous enough to lend his rather prodigious vocal talents in accepting my offer to participate on this arrangement.  This song marks our third collaborative effort, and like our previous experiences, has been wonderful and rewarding.

This is yet another song that I had worked on a few years ago, but was left (unfinished) on one of my hard drives.  Since my accident, I am still unable to make full use of my left hand.  As this song only required a few minor finishing touches, I was able to complete the arrangement with just minimal effort.

This song, "Love Is Stronger Far Than We" ("L'Amour Est Bien Plus Fort Que Nous") is from the 1966 French film, "A Man And A Woman", and was composed by, Francis Lai with lyrics by, Pierre Barouh and Nicole Croisille.  This song from this lovely movie has been loved by lovers all over the world -- and with good reason --this is simply one of the most romantic and heartfelt love songs.  By the way, translating the lyrics from English to Italian proved to be quite a challenge.  Many thanks to Pino's son, Rino, for finally providing the correct translation.

Questa è ancora un'altra canzone che aveva lavorato su un paio di anni fa, ma è stato lasciato (incompiuto) su uno dei miei dischi rigidi. Dal mio incidente, non riesco ancora a fare pieno uso della mano sinistra. Come questa canzone richiesto solo pochi ritocchi minori, sono stato in grado di completare la disposizione con il solo minimo sforzo.

Questa canzone, "Amore è più forte lontano rispetto a noi" ("L'Amour Est Bien Plus Fort Que Nous") è dal 1966 film francese, "Un uomo e una donna" e fu composta da, Francis Lai, con testi di, Pierre Barouh e Nicole Croisille. Questa canzone da questo film incantevole è stata amata dagli appassionati di tutto il mondo, e con buona ragione..--questo è semplicemente uno delle canzoni d'amore più romantico e sincero. A proposito, traducendo i testi dall'inglese all'italiano ha dimostrato di essere una vera sfida. Molte grazie al figlio di Pino, Rino, per infine fornisce la traduzione corretta.
