Title: In A Bossa Mood
Artists: NYC Griff
Album: In A Bossa Mood

Hello Fellow Music Devotees:

I have not done a Bossa Nova/Jazz tune in a while.  So, here is me feeling nostalgic for that smooth and breezy sound that captivated the music scene (primarily during the 60's and 70's).  If you're so inclined, why don't you grab yourself a little wine, turn the lights down low, and snuggle with your other half...

A dash of saxophone, trombone, guitar, bass, drums and, of course piano, round out this piece.

Hope you enjoy the listen, folks...

Griff

It feels like the music just flows organically out of yoru fingers, your playing is so fluid and alive, Griff.  Wonderful, naturally.  We've come to expect nothing less.

Hoi Griff

a slight jazz enjoyment from your own site.

I am pleased!

Fine brass, guitar warm and magical keys.

Very nice sax and trumpet ensemble, supported by the excellent guitar.
The key may be a little "pushy" ..... maybe a little too loud for this Smooth Jazz

very nice song

en liebe gruess vom

Hi Grif ,
have the Bossa Nova Jazz ( New Wave Jazz ) or I imagine always easy disharmonious dancing leaves in the wind before ! Smooth yet always consistent , it goes back and forth !
This style requires a keen sense of musicians and dancers ! Now I do not know if you could dance on it , as musician you have it anyway right on it !
I hope Google has translated the halfway !

Greetings to New York !

Freddy

well you know that I make a music light years away from you, but when I listen to you I envy you for the way you play the piano and the sophistication of the arrangements used for the construction of your tracks.
listening and listening always trying to steal some change from then to use my music, sometimes others can not, but one thing I understood, jazz and all the different styles connected travel at hand, and either you know it or not .
So I stop to listen with great pleasure and nothing else !!!!

Hi Griff

Sorry for my tardiness.  It's been an eventful week with no time for anything musical.  I'm glad to get back to a better routine that includes some music time !

Once again, your skills as a jazz musician are on full display in this piece, Griff.  If I were a wine drinker, this would definitely be a good tune to listen to while sipping. Have one for me, will ya?

cita: " A CHI CON IMPEGNO E PROFESSIONALITA???HA RAGGIUNTO AMBITI RISULTATI, PORTANDO OLTRE I CONFINI DELLA CALABRIA, IL MESSAGGIO E LA CULTURA DELLA NOSTRA TERRA ???.
Come autore Pino continua a scrivere canzoni incontrando nuovi personaggi in particolare: uno a livello internazionale, Carlo Alberto Rossi,

I'm not here for stars score but coment with advice for improvement of my music.

at my coment on music of others, I remain honest. this must be mutual .

Hi Griff,

Another delicious offering from NYC! With or wthout a good wine or any other libation, together with your main squeeze or alone, this one goes down real easy.

Loved the melody and the interplay of the instruments. Can't help but groove to the infectious beat.

Great job, as usual!

Best Regards,

Stu
