Hello Music Lovers

OK, I have stepped out of the box on this song. I may have fallen out of the box but I hope not.  The title, "Full Circle" I picked because this song encompasses several different genres and styles and if you listen to the song in its entirety, you will see what I mean.

I used only sounds from my keyboard (Casio Privia PX-5S) , no midi, no vstis, no loops.....just me playing my keyboard.

Thanks for listening and I hope you like it  I had no idea what category this falls under so I just picked "Ambient"

Trish

Hi Trish

You have stepped in to a wonderland of possibilities, the adventure continues, with confidence you will keep stepping out of the box and explore further until you see that there is no box but only your own self imposed limitations.

Nice track - pleasure listening.

Hi Trish,

Thanks for the invite.

It is indeed a mixture of genres, and as usual, played to a certain level of excellence.  It's always a pleasure to listen to your keyboard attributes.  A "must" listen for everybody.

Kind regards,

Graham.

Who are you and what have you done with Trish?  We will pay any ransom to keep her safe.  These are unusual areas for the Marshall to marshal.

That said this is a marvellous diversion into unfamiliar territory, handled with your usual dextrous flair.  And all Casio keyboard you say.  There is no such thing as 'just you playing'.  You playing has proven to be more than enough to deliver creative and aesthetically wonderful results in each and every case I've heard.  Your horizons are expanding exponentially, young lady.  I hope that's as exciting for you the talent as it is for us your audience.

Sounds really nice. Yes, it`s ambient, I think that is the right genre to subsume. Impressive Soundlandscape, well played. Thanks for sharing.

Hi Trish,
is a big surprise to see you engaged in a different kind from your usual.
It 's always good to change and look for new ways, but also in this context your style is unmistakable sound, passionate, but which transmits deep spaces and sensations very special.
In my opinion this is' one of your songs that I liked most.
Continue on this kind, not abandon it.

I must admit that listening to your music, with sounds so particular, clearly pointing to the style ambient, I was very surprised.
I appreciate your desire to do different music, and no doubt once again you managed to compose a track of high content.
As you know I am a lover of ambient music especially research, so I listened to this song over and over to be able to give an opinion as right as possible.
In the end I would say that the quality and highly professional as always, the music is beautiful, but this music the way I see it is a superlative piece new age, ambient music as I understand it is another thing.
mind I do not want to criticize those who consider it a musician of the highest level, but this is just a clarification, which I felt to make tea

forever Paolo

Wow, impressive as always, but in a new way. I have to agree that you should keep this up. Something about it reminds me of Vangelis. Well, I've only heard 2 albums by Jon and Vangelis, but for me the mood of this evokes the same feelings as, for example, their song "Horizon". You have done it more succinctly though. Excellent work!

PS: Don't feel obligated to write in my guestbook yet again.

Hi Trish:

The built-in sounds from your keyboard?  Sweet!  Terrific atmosphere here (arpeggio-rich; languorous without sounding lethargic).

It really does not matter what music category this is placed.  The music has created its 'own' category.  That alone places it above and beyond the usual fare.

A crystal lake of beautiful sounds, Trish...

YAY!!!!!  You stepped out of the box!!!!  No limits!!!

I love this Trish.  Totally impressed by the run at 4:22.  98% of my music is also totally keyboard composed which is a little more difficult and challenging but very rewarding.

I appreciate you so much for stretching and extending your professionalism to show another side of you.

You are soooooooo awesome!!

PS....favs too!!!!!!!

Nice introduction of genres / keyboard sounds...

...but I think the circle is too small.

From around 1:20... I was back in A Crazy City...
