Sometimes I find it does me good to veer away from my "comfort zone" and take a different path.  Maybe this is not a good idea but please be honest if you choose to comment on  this song.  It is entirely composed from keyboard sounds and is very different from my normal comps.  Feedback is good because sometimes it's difficult to determine whether or not your song stinks!

Thanks!

Trish

Hi Trish:

As I've mentioned to you in past messages, I am a huge exponent of musicians veering away from the safety-net of their "comfort zone(s)".  I've just finished listening to this tune and actually find it quite inventive, musically bold, and uniquely done.

What inspired you to compose the piece?  Because I know that ideas can come from a whole host of horizons.  Some will like it, and some will react differently.  But ultimately, what matters (as always) is that you sat down and created something unusual.  Call me a bit eccentric perhaps, but I enjoyed the listen.

Hi Trish,

An excellent foray outside your "comfort zone" . Based on this, I would say you should feel comfortable wherever you go. The arrangement was fantastic, very soothing and melodic. I hear a bit of ethnic influence which I find very interesting and am attracted to.

Very well done, this came off like clockwork.

Cheers,

Stuart

MoinMoin!

Don´t be so shy Girl!

Was a Song in the 80th, right?

But I mean it. There´s no Reason for that.

It´s a very nice Piece with a little medieval Touch sometimes.

And later a bit indigenous.

Nono, it´s all right. A bit more Practice with that and it´s perfect.

Lovely nice Music!

Go on!!!!

Hi Trish:

If you are outside your confort zone, believe me that doesn't seem that .... i like a lot the composition, i've hear it for a few times, and sometimes i recall a Sting song "Russians".

That's really a great work.

All the best to you

Emanuel

Keep on going outside your comfort zone, this sounds very pleasant to me and new and interesting things are almost every time crreated outside the comfort zone (so what if you go on your face from time to time; but not this time).

PS It is not a top hit but I would not be annoyed when I hear this when they put me on wait  (for what ever)

After reading your comment on Procyon's track I was very curious indeed...

I must admit I expected something totally different... doesn't mean that I don't like the track... on the contrary. Just the one fact... that this music doesn't "tick-tock" at all... I don't hear your title here...

But it is unusual for you... standing out somehow. An Asian air is about it (but not really)... your music takes me to away to faraway lands... creates pictures in my mind (like a soundtrack should do)... colourful... nature and different folks... living their lives under a different sun...

P.S.: To avoid "copy and paste" comments... (or any WARNING blah blah's) you would need to kick some of your contacts...
