OPEN HOUSE BLUES BAND:

Once again Open House Blues, has reunited and made a small  reharsall just for fun.

Our souls were open to another magic evening and between beers and cigarettes we continue playing through the night always in the spirit of the Blues, always having lots of fun.
This time we decided to make a cover of a great Blues Player, Peter Green, and we choose a song that is a classic in the Blues Rock scene, Black Magic Woman.
This song become world wide known not only by the original version of  Peter Green & Fleetwood Mac,  but also by the version of Carlos Santana.
Our original idea was to make a cover more similar to Peter Green because is much more bluesy than Santana, but with the progress of the song we inevitably fall down in the version of Santana, I think our latin blood eventually prevailed.

( The original of this song can and should be seen and heard at youtube )

Hope you enjoy it!

OPEN HOUSE BLUES BAND IS:

Jean Loup - Guitars

José Kafka - Keyboards & Midi Controller

Emanuel Correia - Bass & Vocals

Hi Emanuel:

Man, does this song bring back some extremely fond memories!  Talk about "classic".  The song could be the undisputed Anthem of the Blues/Rock scene, man.  You guys are at the top of your games with this one.

Guess where it's going?  Right into my FAVs of course.  If you cats were in front of me, I'd demand autographs rom you all.

Keepin' it real tight dudes!

Griff

Oh, and the cover is very faithful to the iconoclastic graphic that is so well known and admired.

Good stuff my friend.
