What I really like here are the somewhat pale colours... something mystical about the light.

And it's still my opinion that her name would even be a better title... with this beautiful picture in hand I definetely would ask her... and even offer to send her this picture somehow.

Now with the internet I never would take pictures of people without permission... and wouldn't want people to take pictures of me unwanted...

Just my thoughts about this subject.

I agree with smartsmurf (on his technical observations). The (almost sepia) colors in the photo are quite interesting. Really gives the subject a very "early photo" appeal... Nice.

Just another thought on your picture...

I'd even do some cutting on it... to get her out of the middle... and to give that "gaze" some more direction.

Otherwise in your picture... she is the centre of it all. Two different ways to see...
