For some reason when I think of Japanese music, I first think of that dance-pop stuff (not embarassed to admit I enjoy some of it) even though it's not as culturally authentic. This is like the opposite of dance-pop because it's delicate and subtle, which I also enjoy. It's unpredictable and perfect for daydreaming.
