To all Magix listeners and artists,
For my latest music-video I will present a classical piece that I created and performed in 2018. The music starts with a big symphony orchestra intro, then I wait to play the first note on the piano and play my heart out for two lengthy segments with a break in the middle with a big band and symphony orchestra performance. And then I play on afterwards until the finish. I have plenty of quality images of symphony music production and some fun 'classical' images to add to the enjoyment. The video lasts about 14 minutes as you would expect for a classical piece.
I hope you enjoy it ... especially those of you who enjoy classical music.
I give my thanks to all the digital image artists who have provided me with wonderful images for the performance.
'A Classical Dream' (p) 2018 Mark Kostora Remastered for Magix 2025
In a synth studio big or small you can literally live in a dream ... what would it be like to find yourself at a Steinway 9-foot grand piano with a Boston Pops string ensemble along with a "big band" accompaniment? I used the SONiVOX Eighty Eight Ensemble sample instrument along with three instances of the Arturia CS80 software emulated synth to provide extended accompaniment. The "big band" was created not using samples but with two of the CS80s and a signal processing technique. Just a home studio dream ... Nothing can beat the live performances and the full symphony ensembles. But you can tell my heart was really into the piano with all of my dreamed up musical glitter around me ;) Today it's "A Classical Dream".
