Is it possible to upload a youtube video clip using MEP 2013 plus. the reason I ask is, I have a friend in America that has uploaded a clip for us to view and download, but I have no idea if this is possible...

you can view the movie from the Youtube website and download using the same as function, right mouse button or better with Chrome. To play the movie from your computer any player like one in Windows media player or players like VLC.

I think that you need special software on the computer that allows you to download. I had one on my computer before reinstalling Windows 10. The app is no longer there and a right-click on a YT video has no download option. This may also be the case of Starship.1. Do you know what app you have that allows these downloads?

If you use chrome browser software is easier than Windows browser check in Youtube help also you can use a capture software like Snagit, Movavi and the Magix MEP.

https://www.ytddownloader.com/ is one such software. I use it without problem.
