your media encountered an error

A lot of the audio files I try to share to the Magix.info I receive a message "your media file encountered an error" and it doesn't explain what error or how to fix this error problem. Can someone please tell me what I am doing wrong and how I can correct it so I can share my media files

What format files are you trying to upload and precisely where are on magix.info you trying to upload them to?

I am trying to upload WAV. and MP3. files into MEDIA to share with others. Some files will upload while others will not. I am also tying to upload video files into MEDIA to share. I havent been able to upload a single file. My video files are MP4. 4k files. I have reduced them to 720 and still are unable to upload them.

WAV and MP3 files:

Compare the formats using MediaInfo and compare a mp3 that will upload and one that will not, same for the wav files.

MP4 files

Again use MediaInfo to analyse one of the 720p files and post the results from the Tree view - to do this Export the MediaInfo result - File, Export . . . to a text file then copy and pastee the contents of the text file to the forum.
