I purchased a package of Xara products..Xtreme, Webstyle4, and 3D. I have the CD's and serial numbers, registered to me. They were installed on a computer which crashed. I now would like to reinstall on a new machine which is running Windows 10. Will these programs operate with Windows 10?

Assuming you were running the Linux or Mac OS X version then they will not run on Windows.
Extreme has been replaced with Photo and Graphics Designer, Webstyle 4 by Web Designer and Xara 3D Maker 7 is available.
It is doubtful that the Windows versions will be able to open Extreme projects.

You may be able to get Xtreme installed, however it is unlikely they will run properly on Windows 10 - there have been too many changes since XP which have rendered a lot of old software unusable due to incompatibility.
