Wrong File Format

I am using Windows 10, I have uninstalled, and reinstalled MAGIX. I have tried from multiple different computers (I have the program installed on two PC's). I have never had issues in the past. Recently when I try to import a music track I am getting an error that states "wrong file format". These tracks are mp3's and I have never experienced this issue in the past.
