How would this be possible? Would I have to work with customer service?
In short, if you have bought and got the Magix Music Maker registered on magix website. You can go to magix website log in and look at your registered product you may see the product key which you can use.
Otherwise, if you have bought Magix Music Maker in a box then you can find the product on the back of the white sleeve (envelope) of Cd or DVD.
If you have bought download version even in that case please check magix website for the product key only if you have registered it.
After finding your product there are chance you can re-install it on an other computer. In some cases there are conditions such as you can only install a product three times etc. Please confirm this at your end.

You can have it installed on only ONE computer at a time. You must uninstall it from the first computer - while connected to the internet - before installing on the second computer.
