Worked at first but now hangs as soon as I open the program.

I was able to create one practice song in Music Maker Premium. Now whenever I open the program it just hangs and I can't use anything. I think maybe my laptop spec is not good enough. Any advice / tips / tricks?

@Eamonn-Sadler You could be right. Intel Celeron processors are very slow and ususally just powerful enough for office and web browsing. 4 GB RAM is also very small. What is your operating system and which Music Maker version are you using? Music Maker 2020 and earlier versions were 32 bit applications that needed less computing power and will maybe work better on your system. Versions 2021 and 2022 are 64 bit.

I'm on Windows 10 64 bit and MM Premium. It's brand new (downloaded a few days ago) so I think it's the 2022 version. I can't open it to find out. Thanks

How do I downgrade to 34 bit to try it out? Thanks

Sorry - I guess uninstall 64bit and reinstall 32bit?

I can't find how to download the 2020 version with my serial number. Thanks

@Eamonn-Sadler Have you checked the private message? I don't know if your 2022 serial will work with 2020. I don't think it will but you could try it.
