wont open MP3 files

I uninstalled Acid pro 11 and reinstalled it and now it wont open any MP3 file or any acid files. it has never done this before. if anyone has any answers would be helpful

@Derek-Torres Try holding CTRL and SHIFT and double clicking on the program icon. This should open a small window that allows you to reset the program settings and delete the cache. Maybe it will help.
