Hi, welcome to the Magix forums.

You are going to have to give us much more detail about the exact nature of your problem if any fellow-user is going to be able to help you!

Which version and variant of MM do you have?

I click on download; where, exactly are you clicking?

it says ques for download: sorry, what is "ques"?

What, exactly, do you mean by your premium and plus credit?

Perhaps the best thing you can do is to give us a step-by-step guide to what you are doing and give us the exact wording of any messages you then see on-screen.

Just to be sure: assuming you have paid for the Premium version of MM, have you "Activated" it?

after purchasing premium, i went in to activate my new edition. it allowed me to download everything that came with the editions exept for allowing me to download the premium edition, also when i purchased it said soundforge was included. there was no link for this either.

what i meant is when i clicked on the link to download premium and plus credit it would que them for download, about a second later the link would turn gray and restet back to the download option.

so in other words it still apears to be the free version.

thanks.

You don't "download the Premium" version per se, the base software is the same. Buying Premium basically gives you credits to unlock additional things in the program, plus some other things that unlocks automatically (I think).

Not sure about Soundforge though. When I bought Premium myself, it did not come with it.
