won't let me evaluate/comment or leave entry on other people's music

When someone listens to my music and if I wish to leave a "thank you " on their page or write an evaluation about their music, nothing happens when I click on the appropriate place. What is up with this? Sometimes it works but most time, the page goes nowhere.

Sometimes there are problemes when the nickname have "_-+.....". Have you an example?

I FIGURED IT OUT, ACCIDENTLY!!!

If you right click anywhere on the page, then click on "encoding" a window pops up the says "Western European (Windows)"  I clicked that and now it lets me comment  and everything else works also.
