wizardFX Suite

I have a serial number for the program wizard X Suite but when I type the number in it does not seem to be the right one. I received an e-mail that gave me the serial number I used. Has anyone had this problem. If so what is the solution. The wizard x suite is going to be used with a 2022 Magix music maker program with a HP computer.

@Mark-Graninger Maybe you downloaded the wrong installer? You should be able to download the suite here with your serial number https://www.magix.com/int/support/my-service-center/product-downloads/
