Although you've not really given us a lot to go on to help us to help you, if you bought the app direct from Magix, the serial number/activation key would have been in the confirmation email you received when you made the purchase. If you purchased the app elsewhere, you need to ask the seller to supply the necessary information; in this case Magix cannot help you because it is the seller's responsibility to supply the necessary codes.
