I have a new Win 10 PC and I am using Sound Forge 11. Every time I use an effect (like reverb or pitch-shift), the moment I hit "ok" a browser launches (pops up) to the Microsoft Windows 10 help page. I noticed this happened occasionally before on Windows 7, but now it happens every single time. Very annoying. Any ideas on how to stop this from happening?
