Hi,

Audio cleaning lab 12 does not appear to be compatible with Windows 7.  You can check for yourself at this link

http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/compatibility/win7/CompatCenter/ProductViewerWithDefaultFilters?TempOsid=win7&Locale=en-us&TextSearch=magix%2Baudio%2Bcleaning%2Blab&Type=Both&CurrentPage=0&TotalPages=1&ShowCriteria=0&SortCriteria=Relevance&Compatibility=Unknown&LastRequested=14

Audio cleaning lab is currently at version 19, so it is probably time to re-purchase the product as Magix does not really offer a upgrade path per se.

Good luck,

George

Unfortunately the only update is an upgrade to Audio Cleaning Lab MX.

I'm running ACL 12 on a brand new win7 machine. By right clicking on the CD's setup.exe file you'll find a Troubleshoot Compatability selection. Mine runs under "XP service pack 2" emulation mode. Any warning windows that pop up having to do with incompatability issues should be "X"d (closed) out.
