. . . . The software it's not responding correctly. I tried it like 5 times, but sadly, won't let me. . . . .

We need more information:

  1. Computer specification - include processor make and model, graphics card used, RAM quantity, Hard drive configuration and free space
     
  2. Was Windows 10 and upgrade from 7 or 8?
     
  3. If an upgrade was Music Maker working OK before the upgrade?
     
  4. Music Maker full name and version as found under Help,About . . .
     
  5. What is not responding correctly - please be precise and give details of what you are trying to do when it does not respond?
