@Longblades Here is a nice tutorial (for Adobe Premiere, but it should work basically the same for any audio editing). The important part starts at exactly two minutes.

In Audio Cleaning Lab you would use the parametric EQ with the high pass turned on:

After that you would boost or lower the frequencies you want to hear with the graphic EQ.
