Hi,

Does the error message go on to suggest something like re-running the installer in order to repair the program? That is certainly what I would try first, and if you see an option to "Repair" the program, select it.

Yes it does....... I tried to re-install / repair the program 2 times but received the same message. I needed to uninstall the program and then re-install it to get it working. It is up and running now. Thanks for the answer!!

I have the same problem with Music Maker Premium. I did the same procedure. The problemas was solved but after 15 days or more I have the same error again.
