@James-Merry Please remove the serial number from your post because this is a public forum and everyone else can see it.
Since you offered no information at which step the installation fails I suspect it stopped at 0% during the download phase. Try disabling your Windows firewall or antivirus temporarily. They can block the download. Enable them again after installation and registration are completed.
