Will Music Maker open .acd files?

I currently have Acid Pro 5 and am thinking about switching to Music Maker. Will I still be able to open my Acid projects in Music Maker? Plus, I have a thousand Acid loops, will I still be able to use them for Magix projects? If not, I'll probably purchase Acid Pro 7.

Music Maker (MMM) currently has no means of importing / converting Acid projects into the .mmm format, though both project files have similarities, ie they are text files referencing objects, effects etc, there are differences between the programs which would not transfer over.

Acid loops are normally WAV files so they will import into MMM, however loop tags may be ignored.
