Why wont Music Maker 2016 detect my USB mixer as a MIDI Input

I am using a Behringer Xenyx 302USB mixer as my MIDI Input device, but it isnt detected as an input device on MMM.

When I go to Settings > Audio/MIDI > MIDI and click "Input Settings" no options come up. Any Help?

Hi,

Because it's not a MIDI device, only audio, as far as I can tell from the web site.
