Why when I burn my video to dvd does it cut off the edges of the video

Movie Edit Pro 17 Plus

I have my video just how I want it. When I export it to youtube it plays back perfectly. When I burn it to a standard DVD, however, it cuts off the edges of the video. I tried adjusting the picture size on the TV, but it appears to be a function of the export to DVD. How do I fix this?

I haven't had this problem but there is a section in th pdf manual (at least with MEP16+ and earlier versions) that deal with this. Do a word search in the pdf for: visible TV.
