Why such scammy t+c for a genuinely good product

The whole subscription model and the way it is deliberately so hard to unsubscribe and set up deliberately to rip people off just doesn't make sense when the product is genuinely good. It is such a such a shame.

Additionally, I am in Australia and it seems that initial legal advice is that the nature of the t+c are not legal here, and I am protected by local laws.

I would be much more likely to use more magic products if they had fair subscription model, but now I will be using none.

@Gareth-Smith Since Magix is located in the EU it is bound to European law and trade agreements between the EU and Australia. So I don't think that your local law is in play here regarding terms and conditions.

You can just unsubscribe by contacting support at infoservice@magix.net if you cannot find another way.
