I am trying to edit a video uploaded from a DVD. There is sound on the DVD and the upload as it is saved on my PC - however, when I drop it into Magix to edit, there is no sound. This is the first time this has happened - I usually have no problem. I am operating Windows 7 and Magix Movie Edit Pro MX Help!
Did you use the VOB file from the DVD?
If yes, are there other VOB files from that DVD... do they all play no sound when loaded?
My computer won't let me open the VOB files at all - my uploading process is 3 step (the DVDs are recordings from a church service that I am tasked w/ uploading to the church website) I have to use the "Handbrake program to convert, then Format Factory to convert again and finally Movie Edit pro to export as a quicktime vid. We recentely had some updates to our system and I have reset everything, but I'm confused as to why no sound - this was never a problem before - other computers in my office are not having this problem - only my machine - After your response I tried to open just the VOB but it won't open at all...
