Hi,

Go into the program settings and change the output device under the Playback tab to something that works. Let us know if this helps.

@ purplegamer87

. . . . Tried that didn't work... . . .

Please give more details on what you tried - short comments like the above do not help us help you to solve the problem.

See this topic re posting and come back with more information on what you tried and also include:

  • sound card / chipset your computer has

  • Windows version

  •  A screen shot of the timeline (cropped to shoew the relevant part) with the imported audio you recorded - it would help if you turn on the Waveform display for the clip.

  • Does the audio file play back OK in another player?

  • Is other imported audio working OK in MEP?

I think I know what the problem might be... I got this off of amazon.com. They false advertised that it supported Windows 10 which it does not. I am going to buy the 2016 version which does support Windows 10.

Hi

. . . . They false advertised that it supported Windows 10 which it does not . . . .

They did not advertise falsely, MEP 2015 is supported by Windows 10.

Before you spend more money and find MEP 2016 does not work, which is probable given MEP 2015 is not working correctly,

  1. Did you upgrade to Windows 10 from 7 or 8 ?

  2. If upgraded, was MEP 2015 installed before the upgrade?

If Yes to both then you need to re-install MEP 2015 using this procedure.

Otherwise please give the information requested
