If you mean it was up and running, fully activated, and you can now temporarily not log on, maybe its just that, a temporary glitch. Try again later. If it's permanent, then get in touch with Magix. The did upgrade the site just recently, and you needed to clear your internet browser cache. Did you try that yet?
