Hi

We need more information - please give:

  1. Exact details of the processor, RAM, graphics card / chipset being used?
     
  2. Windows version - if 10 was this an upgrade from 7 or 8?
     
  3. Video formats being used on the timeline
     
  4. Which version of MEP include full name and version number found under Help, About.
