I recently began working on a song recorded from guitar (in music maker 15). Everything was going fairly smoothly until i made about 2 min. worth or progress into my song. At this point i wanted to go back to the beginning and make some edits, the problem is that when i drag the red playback marker back a certain distance, the program stops responding and shuts itself down...
A popup comes up and says "Magix music maker 15 has stopped working, windows is checking for a solution to the problem.." Then after a few seconds it says "A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available." This happens every time i open up my song and attempt to playback any part from the beginning. (playback works fine within the last 20 or 30 seconds of the song)
I also notice that the more i add to the end of my song, the more of the beginning i can't playback. The playback works fine with the demo songs which are even longer and have more clips.
Can this critical error be fixed???
If it is of use i am running on windows 7.
