Why is it when I am transferring vhs to computer it says pathway not found even though it is playing but picture is frozen?

Thank you. Happening to me, too.

I can see video and I can hear audio through speakers, but no audio level on meter. When I click "record," it reads, "Unable to connect to selected device" (twice).

Have tried different driver settings, but nada.
