Why does my Magix Samplitude Music Studio 2015 continue to function then completlety stop working as i am using it???

every now and then i decide to make music using Magix Samplitudes Music Studio 2015 and recently the program will work for about a good 10 to 15 minutes then suddenly the program crashes and completly stops working and deletes my song.......i assume its either the online offline connection or having product/program registered as required as licensce agreements in which i did as well....also it could be that i activated and deactivated installed then reinstalled the program on the same laptop....so now im confused on how to troubleshoot the problem or find a quick solution..THANK YOU!!!!!....system Win 8.1 64 bit

It is unlikely to be an issue with registration / activation if you have completed these successfully.

Re-installation will not fix some issues unless you have also manually cleaned out the files that are left behind after uninstalling.

As the program works satisfactorily for 10 - 15 mins then the cause may be elsewhere - eg:

The laptop is overheating and crashing - may have blocked vents or heatsink, or an air intake / outlet is being blocked while in use - this often happens if you use a laptop on your knees.

Another program is interfering with SMS and causing it to crash.

I would suggest you contact Magix support. - they may ask you to download and run some diagnostics tools.
