Why does it say my sampletude software (2014) is a trial and I just paid for it?

I would like to know why i purchased the sampletude 2014 full version software for over 100 bucks and it is not advertised as a "trial version" until after my money has been taken and during the download process. In my account it says it is sampletude 2014 period. Why is this a trial if you all took my money?

Hi.   Have you Registered the software online and entered the Activation Key?  (This is usually sent in an Email after purchasing the software.) Check in ALL emails relating to this recent purchase!   Regards,     Ray

This is a Magix user forum where users share their knowledge and help each other. Regarding your case you must contact Magix immediately along with your purchase details. Hope you bought it from Magix.

May be in the meantime someone related with Magix will also guide you.

When you download it, it probably says Trial Version, until you put in your serial number and register it. Then it will no longer say that. Once you have the program open, download and install all of the files under Help, Download instruments and sounds, or you will not have all of the program.

I'm having a similar issue with Sound Forge 11 which I bought directly from Magic via direct download on 2/16/17, today is 2/17/17. I downloaded the trial first, tested it out, and then let it expire. Now I've bought the full Sound Forge Pro 11 but No matter how many times I put in my brand new serial number, it keeps popping up with the window that says "your trial is expired". I've uninstalled the program and deleted all local programdata twice. Short of deleting magix/sound forge from the registry, I don't know what to do. I paid $399.95 for it and if I don't get a solution soon, I will refund this product.
