I can think of following as you did not provide much detail. You should have tell about Music Maker version too.

1. You are using Trial version

2. You might have recently installed download full version and did not get your fee contents pack to be installed.

In case of trial version it got only few items.

If you are using purchased version then check the Pdf tutorial please and follow direction.
