Why do I only get sound for the MEP tutorials in Windows media player 11 . Is there a different codec needed?

I have a codec for DVD video but that doesn't help and thwere are no eror messages. Iam using Windows XP SP3.

Are you using the disc itself to play these or are the tutorial videos now on the hard drive?

Yes I am playing them from the hard disk version as I assume they are embedded in the program - running them from the help menu. I have just tried the software installation disk and that behaves exactly the same.
